Project Description

To help connect a national retail network by facilitating meeting and teambuilding activities between the Area Sales Manager and the sales teams in their area through a series of 8 regional events.

TMB’s Solution

We heard the message loud and clear!

The agenda for the day involved a morning meeting followed by an afternoon of activities aimed to enable bonding, informal conversations, a good laugh and a sense of togetherness.

Activities have varied from outward bound – abseiling, kayaking, climbing and shooting to brain teaser games, indoor white water rafting, sledge building, skiing and go-ape.

Guests then enjoyed dinner and to keep things light and easy, we put on a BBQ whenever possible and a comfortable overnight stay.

The Outcome

Although simple in concept and cost effective, when executed well, these events generated some of the most positive and genuine feedback for our client. Comments have included “the best meeting in years” and “ the perfect combination of meeting and team building”.

These events did exactly what it said on the tin: they build relationships! It’s what makes the world go round!
