Project Description

The objective of this event is to provide the national Alliance Healthcare network of pharmacy owners with the opportunity to engage in an informal setting on the backdrop of an established tradition, which is the annual 7 day golfing event in Europe.

TMB Events have had the pleasure of managing this event since 2008.

TMB’s Solution

Locations that have been used for this event include: Lake Garda, Antequerra in Spain, Florence, Murcia, Lake Como, The Algarve, Cascais and Sotogrande.

TMB Events provide a complete event solution from flights and transfers to accommodation, ground support, print collateral and careful consideration for individual needs….and plenty of golf tournament expertise thrown in for good measure!

TMB Events manage all individual needs including extensions to the stay, onward travel arrangements, complex dietary requirements and excursions over and above the standard itinerary for the trip.

To allow all participants to connect and to network on each day – table plans and starting sheets are carefully co-ordinated to allow delegates time with different people & Alliance Healthcare management to fully utilise their time away from their business.

The evenings are lightened up by drinks receptions and on and off site dinners, as well as plenty of time at leisure. To support the individual needs of the guests, TMB Events provide a hospitality desk throughout the event for continual customer support.

The Outcome

Participants feel the format of the event works well and allows them to build relationships, share best practice and discuss candidly the strategic direction and opportunities for further development of the Alliance Healthcare nationwide network.

For the 10 years that TMB Events have managed this event the retention rate of customers attending this event year on year is incredibly high. This continuity of guests has allowed TMB to develop long and trusted relationships with both the client and their customer network.
