Project Description
The British Frozen Food Federation is an annual event which consists of drinks receptions, a dinner and an awards ceremony. The event takes place in June at the Hilton Park Lane and attracts 800 guests from the industry.
TMB’s Solution
Our biggest contribution to the event success consists of project management, production and entertainment provision for the two drinks receptions, the awards ceremony and the after dinner entertainment.
Drummers were the first act to warm the atmosphere and they were followed by a jazz quartet during dinner and cabaret provided by Jersey Boys tribute “Frankie’s Guys” after dinner. Other acts included Rollacoster and a Queen tribute band.
All production during dinner and the awards ceremony was wrapped up with a good old dance session, followed by one of our favourite bits: the red-eye breakfast which is available between: 1 am and 3 am, a full English with pastries! That’s when most guests take their shoes off and call a spade a spade. It really is worth building an appetite for! And so far, our choice of acts has always managed to keep the party going right into the morning hours…’
