Audi UK asked TMB Events to create and host a series of Ride and Drive events to present the new third generation Audi A3 to key Fleet and Leasing industry contacts and the RS 4 Avant to current and prospective customers.
TMB’s Solution
To showcase the new Audi models, TMB Events designed event days offering guests a ‘money can’t buy’ opportunity to experience ‘Vorsprung durch Technik’ first hand with a self-drive aspect both on track and road conditions under the supervision of Audi’s professional driving instructors. RS 4 customers were also given an exhilarating high-performance passenger ride to gain an appreciation of the vehicles’ handling at top speeds.
TMB Events worked closely with Audi UK to ensure a premium delivery from start to finish. Managing the pre-event organisation, onsite event management and post-event evaluation, TMB Events’ Audi Account Team invited guests via an electronic guest management system supported by a dedicated Audi hotline and email address.
The Outcome
The events were run at both Oulton Park in Cheshire and Millbrook Proving Ground in Bedfordshire and acted not only as a sales tool but also as a thank you to loyal customers. The venues provided Audi UK with the ideal opportunity to safely demonstrate the cars to their full capacity in a fun environment.
Feedback from the event and its execution has been extremely positive. Audi UK was delighted with the result and TMB Events is looking forward to showcasing the next Audi model!
